The uniqueness of Amerigo!
Each of the saddle models is created for a specific type of horse and the saddle frames used are individually shaped to achieve the correct shape for the given horse. Once the saddle frame is decided, the design of the saddle can proceed, with the next most important decision being the type of cushions used.
Individual precision
Each Amerigo saddle is individually manufactured with an almost unlimited number of options to meet the specific needs of a particular horse and rider. The Amerigo measuring system is a key helper in selecting all the details, from the shape of the saddle frame to the cushions, the length of the sideboards and knee rests.

Knee pads
Amerigo offers a wide selection of many different anatomically shaped knee pads, which are also available with velcro if the knee pad or positioning needs to be changed.
Skin Types
All Amerigo saddles are individually handcrafted in Italy from premium Italian and French leathers sourced from qualified tanneries with sustainable working practices. The leather is hand-picked and inspected before use to eliminate every minimal imperfection and ensure the highest level of product quality.

The design of the Amerigo saddle can be made special with colored edging between the saddle and the sidewalls and/or colored elements on the logo label.
